10 YEARS SHELL STRUCTURE
Sun & Soul™ spas are warranted against water loss due to defects in the spa shell for ten years from the original date of installation.
10 YEARS FRAME STRUCTURE
Sun & Soul™ spas are warranted against defects in the plastic moulded frame for 10 years from the original date of installation
5 YEARS SHELL SURFACE
Sun & Soul™ spas are warranted against blistering, cracking, or delaminating of the interior surface of the spa shell for five years from the original date of installation.
2 YEARS EQUIPMENT AND CONTROLS
Sun & Soul™ electrical equipment components – specifically limited to the pumps, heater, and control system – are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for two years from the original date of installation.
2 YEARS PLUMBING COMPONENTS
Sun & Soul™ plumbing components are warranted against leaks due to defects in workmanship or materials for two years from the original date of installation.
1 YEARS CABINET
Sun & Soul™ spas synthetic cabinets are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of installation.
